1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging VR Events for event services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

VR Events provides event planning, decoration, photography, and management services. The specific scope of work for each event will be detailed in a separate service agreement or quote.

3. Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
• Final payment is due at least [X] days before the event date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed-upon methods.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be provided in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to the event date, as specified in your individual service contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

VR Events shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and creative designs produced by VR Events remain the intellectual property of VR Events unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to use event imagery for promotional purposes.
